City & Guilds award for Karen
Congratulations to Karen Seivwright, who is the latest member of the ScotAsh team to complete her Customer Service NVQ at Level 3.
Karen was presented with her City & Guilds certificate by Sales Manager Chris Bennett.
Phil Gorst of PBC Associates, who assessed Karen's work, said: "Karen had to complete six units relating to customer service. She has been a delight to work with, always prompt with her assignments and her written work is of the highest order."
