Workplace Survey Highlights "Positive" Staff Attitude
ScotAsh is a great place to work - it's official.
In an employee attitude survey conducted by Mercer across the Lafarge Group worldwide, ScotAsh's scores were among the highest.
The business achieved a mean score of 76.5% positive responses across 18 categories, ranging from health and safety to vision and goals, communication, performance management and personal development opportunities.
A safety management question drew an amazing 100% positive response while four other survey statements scored 96% agreement including: "I am proud to work for my company."
