Ron Appointed as Chairman
ScottishPower's Ron Hunter has taken over as chairman of ScotAsh from Nigel Cooke of Lafarge Cement UK. The two parent companies rotate the role of chairman every two years.
Due to structural changes at ScottishPower Martin Sedgwick has left the board to focus on his new role as Head of Asset Management for Generation. Martin's successor on the board will be announced in due course.
We thank Martin for his service as a board member and wish him well in his new role.
