MD Peter To Steer Debate On Carbon-Friendly Construction
ScotAsh MD Peter Quinn has been invited to speak at the Carbon Footprint Construction Summit 2007.
The two-day conference, which will take place in London in September, will advise key players in the construction industry on defining and measuring their carbon footprint.
At the end of May, Peter attended a Sustainability Masterclass for the Concrete Industry, led by Forum for the Future and facilitated by Jonathon Porritt.
Key players in the industry have agreed to formulate a development strategy on how the industry can improve its sustainability, including a certification scheme for products.
