MD Peter Quinn at the Palace
ScotAsh Managing Director Peter Quinn took his place among Britain's corporate elite on 14th July, when he attended a reception hosted by Her Majesty the Queen at Buckingham Palace.

Peter attended the Palace at the invitation of Her Majesty after ScotAsh became a Queen's Award winner for the second time in April.
A total of 136 companies throughout the UK received the honour this year for International Trade, Innovation and Sustainable Development. ScotAsh was the only Scottish winner in the Sustainable Development category this year.
Peter said: "Representatives from all the winning companies were presented to the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh and later we were one of a select group that the Queen spent time talking to. It was an evening I will never forget."
Peter was accompanied to the Royal reception by ScotAsh board member, Charles Law, who will shortly be taking up a new post with the Lafarge Group in Equador.
